You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us at rinaldicashmere@gmail.com indicating order number and reason for cancellation.<\/p>\n

If the order is refused on delivery or remains in storage without customer feedback, the total amount excluding transportation costs will be refunded upon return to the company.<\/p>\n

You can request the return of purchased products within fourteen days from the date they were delivered.<\/p>\n

In order to return products, you will need to send written notice to the email address rinaldicashmere@gmail.com, also using the return form, wait for the return authorization complete with instructions, and have the products to be returned delivered to the address:<\/p>\n

Within fourteen days from the date of return authorization.<\/p>\n

For products to be accepted, they will have to be:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation, if any;<\/p>\n

– equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so that <\/span> MaglificioPrispolini<\/strong> <\/span>can identify the customer (Order number, first name, last name and address);<\/p>\n

– without manifest signs of use, other than those consistent with conducting a normal test of the article.<\/p>\n

If the returned products do not meet the described characteristics, the withdrawal will not be effective.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The risks associated with the destruction or damage of the Products returned in the course of shipment are the responsibility of the Customer; if the Products are not considered intact, the withdrawal will not be effective.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs from abroad, related to the return of products, vary depending on the place of departure, weight, quantity and bulk of packages.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.<\/p>\n

If the products are returned correctly, in the original packaging intact in all its parts, <\/span> MaglificioPrispolini<\/strong> <\/span>will refund the amount paid within 14 days<\/strong> <\/span>from the date of receipt of the return.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal lapses in cases where <\/span> MaglificioPrispolini<\/strong> <\/span>ascertains:<\/p>\n

1. Even partial use of the asset;<\/p>\n

2. The lack of the original outer packaging and\/or inner packaging;<\/p>\n

3. The absence of integral elements of the product;<\/p>\n

4. Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation.<\/p>\n

In this case <\/span> MaglificioPrispolini<\/strong> <\/span>will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for transportation costs.<\/p>\n
