You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us at rinaldicashmere@gmail.com indicating order number and reason for cancellation.

If the order is refused on delivery or remains in storage without customer feedback, the total amount excluding transportation costs will be refunded upon return to the company.

You can request the return of purchased products within fourteen days from the date they were delivered.

In order to return products, you will need to send written notice to the email address rinaldicashmere@gmail.com, also using the return form, wait for the return authorization complete with instructions, and have the products to be returned delivered to the address:

Within fourteen days from the date of return authorization.

For products to be accepted, they will have to be:

– properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation, if any;

– equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so that MaglificioPrispolini can identify the customer (Order number, first name, last name and address);

– without manifest signs of use, other than those consistent with conducting a normal test of the article.

If the returned products do not meet the described characteristics, the withdrawal will not be effective.

The risks associated with the destruction or damage of the Products returned in the course of shipment are the responsibility of the Customer; if the Products are not considered intact, the withdrawal will not be effective.

Shipping costs from abroad, related to the return of products, vary depending on the place of departure, weight, quantity and bulk of packages.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.

If the products are returned correctly, in the original packaging intact in all its parts, MaglificioPrispolini will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.

The right of withdrawal lapses in cases where MaglificioPrispolini ascertains:

1. Even partial use of the asset;

2. The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;

3. The absence of integral elements of the product;

4. Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation.

In this case MaglificioPrispolini will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for transportation costs.
